    By the end of week one you should feel connected to our strategy and understand our business priorities. You should feel confident that Sage has a high-performing culture and excited to be part of the journey.

    Engaged and excited!
    By the end of week 4 you should have a good understanding of how our business operates. With the support of your line manager you should also have created a motivational 90-day plan, which will provide you with a sense of ownership. ​

We’re delighted that you’ve taken the decision to join us and are excited to share with you everything about life at Sage.

Here you’ll be able to access details on the key activities and learnings you’ll need to experience during your first three months with us. Our aspiration is for you to get up to speed quickly and be able to make a positive contribution as soon as possible.

At Sage we are passionate about putting our customer at heart of everything we do. To achieve this we understand the importance of providing our colleagues with an outstanding on-boarding experience. This is why we’ve designed this microsite to support your journey over the next few months.
