You will be rewarded for achievement of your goals and the contribution you make to improving our customer experience and organization success.
Provide goal clarity and strategic alignment (the "golden thread")
Your goals will be aligned to our strategy, which has been created with our customers at the heart. Your line manager has the responsibility to ensure you are focused on the right things and are clear about what is expected of you.
Embed behaviors that reflect Sage values
It’s not just about "what" you deliver, but also "how" you deliver and the behaviors you demonstrate in achieving the end outcome. This is factored into how your year-end performance rating is determined.
A mechanism for regular review
Discussing how you are achieving against your goals is not confined to formal performance review meetings. We recognize that to create a high-performing culture, it's vital that your line manager provides you with feedback during regular (at least monthly) one-to-ones.
Facilitates development and performance improvement
We expect you to have a meaningful development plan and to partake in a minimum of five training days per year. If you fail to deliver what is expected of you, despite receiving clear direction and support, we may need to build a performance improvement plan, which will focus on getting you back on track quickly.
