The executive committee is made up of ten internationally diverse senior leaders from across the business. The committee oversees the sound running of all Sage operations and assists the Chief Executive in the performance of his duties, including:

  • Developing and implementing strategy, operational plans, policies, procedures and budgets.
  • Monitoring operating and financial performance.
  • Assessment and control of risk.
  • Prioritising and allocating resources.
  • Monitoring competitive forces in each area of operation.
